    Two events on Saturday 5th July 2014:
    • MTB CLEC - 51km
    • Tarmac Clec - 41km

    Judging by last year's thread it's a great day out with fast winning times.

    Registration available for solos, teams of two and teams of three.

    MTB CLEC involves:
    9.5k Trail Run
    12k Mt. Bike (6k road)
    2k Fox’s Rock Run
    5.5k Mt. Bike (5k road)
    5k Trail Run
    9k Mt. Bike (1k road)
    4k Mt. Bike (1k road)
    2k Sea-Kayak
    2k Castle Run

    Tarmac CLEC:
    9k Trail Run
    12k Road Bike
    2k Fox’s Rock Run
    15k Road Bike
    1k Sea-Kayak
    2k Castle Run

    Personally it's my first adventure race, don't know what I've let myself in for!
