    People might like to know about a new competition being run by the Local Enterprise Offices (previously County Enterprise Boards) around the country.

    See www.ibye.ie for details.

    Entrants must be aged 18 - 30 and have a great idea for a new or existing business. There are county finals, then regional, then national, with prizes of € 25,000 or more for the winning business ventures or ideas.

    Closing date for applications is June 30th.
