    Is this heading towards Dublin?

    Is this heading towards Dublin?
nope,It's likely to slowly journey out to sea heading east of Wicklow head and probably fizzle out as it loses the heat energy that created it on it's spawning journey over mt Leinster through North Wexford to the coast.

Heavy to torrential rain in Dublin 15 for last 30 mins. If it peps up for the afternoon there will certainly be some spot flooding around Dublin later

Few strikes in this and it's heading inland a bit.
Hopefully there will be some action later .

Few loud claps here in the very south of Kildare, not going over us of course more over Athy, And Moone, Crookstown direction.

That cell in Loais has been producing some nice lightning a while now. Watching it from KK.

I see it on the radar, looks like we'll miss all the fun as usual !

Can anyone tell me why the showers, thunder always follows the same route on the radar in a line from Tip to north Kildare ? it always skirts Carlow town area but never passes over ?
