Pay A Bill has  ESB, Eircom, etc, but not UPC.  It lists CHORUS, which was one of the two providers who merged to become UPC a number of years ago.  Can  register my UPC number under the CHORUS bill name to make a successful payment to UPC?

    Hi Stroke Politics,

    Many thanks for your post.

We're surprised to see that the details have not been updated on 365 Online. Some of the Reps here make payments to UPC via the NTL option and the funds always credit.

One option would be to contact UPC who also have a Talk to Forum on Boards and request their most up-to-date holding account details. You could then register these details as a SEPA payee.

We'll get in touch with BOI365 Online about the payment listing.

    Thanks

    Billy

    Any update on this yet?

No dice from UPC, they can only take a payment over the phone using a Visa debit card number.

Can you raise a ticket to have UPC added to the list of beneficiaries on the IVR, ATM and PAB service please....?

    Hi McSween,

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

Yes you can select the NTL option to pay your UPC bill online. We will certainly pass this on to our BOI365 Development team to have this updated to display UPC.

Please let us know if you need help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
