Has anyone got some good links to articles or videos with exercises to improve ankle mobility?
    Thanks

    Golf ball to foot
    V
    Foam Roll calf
    V
    Stretch calf

...then worry about "mobility". No point trying "mobilise" a glued up muscle.

    I know all that.
    Thanks Hanley.

    Just wanted more progressive stuff.
    Cheers.

Have you done it for 2 minutes in each position, on each side for at least the last 3 weeks?

What sort of ROM progression have you seen in that time?

I'm also getting baseball into the calf and shins
Maybe not for three weeks, maybe two. I'd say a 50% improvement in ROM.
I am slowly recovering from a strain injury to the ankle tendons.
