Hotel with 2 year?

    Hi, could anyone recommend a hotel for a break with our 2 year old? Looking for some where that's child friendly, has a nice pool for the 2 year old, close to maybe an animal farm etc?

    Maybe somewhere in cork?

    Fota resort, I just booked this, it has two pools, the wildlife park and also has a petting farm nearby too, and it's in Cork.
    We are going on a mid week,3 days, and it's costing just over €500, you only have to pay a small fee, think €16 now and the rest on arrival, oh and I booked direct from their website, it worked out cheaper than the likes of booking.com

    We stayed in the Radisson in cork when our chap was 2. It was fab. Had everything in your list and didn't cost the earth.

    We stayed in the Middleton park hotel with our 2 year old. Nothing fancy but really friendly service, nice pool, and close to fota. Also didn't break the bank ;-)

    We stayed in the Quality in Youghal when our oldest was just gone 2. We got a week self-catering for €199 in a 3 bed house. The hotel has a pool and playground, and the beach on the doorstep. We did day-trips to Fota, Cobh, and other beaches & playgrounds in East Cork & Waterford (Tramore). There was a pet farm nearby and Youghal has an indoor play centre which was great for the 1 very wet day we experienced.

    Also, the hotel food is very reasonable, our 2yr old was a typcial fussy toddler and they had meals for €3 for him. It was great not to be paying €6/7 for every meal for him which we wouldn't end up eating the half of. We had a lot of picnics on the beach which were a great novelty for him.
