defragging windows 7

    How often do you guys defrag win 7? MS says weekly, is that necessary?

    I would usually do it weekly as the more often you do it the shorter time it takes, usually takes me about 20 mins for a 1 Tb drive using Defraggler

    Do you think that is better than the built in defrag? That tells me 0% fragmented now. Defraggler tells me 10% fragmented now.

    Defraggler can replace the windows defrag and run on a schedule

    windows defragger probably ignores system files since it cant defrag itself

    Can I use Auslogics Disk Defragmenter with win 7 or would it conflict in anyway, just chekin:)

    As stated above, Win7 auto defrags, I never defragged and it always reported a low number. Bought an SSD a few months ago so it's not relevant to me any more.
