emobile 300minutes

    Hi i just moved to emobile and received my phone and activated it on Friday 6/6/14. i am on the emobile 300. today i checked my account online and it shows that i have used 206 minutes of my plan but if you check my calls you can see that i haven't used 5minutes of my plan. Can you explain?

    Hi dcf1,

    When you receive your phone at the start of the contract you are not given the full allocation of minutes, texts and data until you reach your billing date. You will receive your full allocation on your billing date.
