Does anyone know of any retail units in limerick up for lease? Preferably Shop units or recently closed shops.

Prime location a must. Lots of footfall.

What are you looking to open? Certain streets suit certain types of stores better.

e.g. The upper part of William Street - Lots of footfall but not necessarily suitable for a high end clothing store.

Have you not tried the property websites? I just checked Daft now and there are 188 Commercial properties under Retail Unit category in Limerick City. I'd imagine you'd find something suitable with that number of options.

Limerick already has enough discount retailers as it is. Are you sure it needs another one? There's an awful lot of competition out there.
