Need background/shading ideas

I already have this tattoo on the back of my leg. I want to add onto it with some sort of design around it. Would anyone on here be able to design something for me or give me a few ideas. Anything I've looked up so far just doesn't do it for me.

Talk to a tattoo artist, give them a look, give them any ideas or theme ideas you have, as we're (mostly) not tattoo artists. And those that are wouldn't do you something for free!

I was just looking for few ideas if anyone has some. I'd have no problem paying someone to come up with a unique design.
