    Do I need to visit a branch in order to get a new pin?

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    If you need to have your Visa Debit card PIN reissued to you, it's not necessary to call into a branch. Please call Bank of Ireland 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to send this to you in the post. 

    Alternatively, if you are registered for Bank of Ireland 365 Online, you can request your PIN by submitting this query via the Online Service Desk and the Ask a Question option.

    Just to mention, if you are looking to change your PIN for logging on to Bank of Ireland 365 Online, you can do this by calling 0818 365 365 and selecting options 1, 1, 5, and 3. This will bring you to the menu to change your six digit PIN.

    This number would be a lo-call number from a land line and can be more when calling from a mobile.
