    The watch was repaired recently (new crown + tubus) by an authorised Davosa agent (who is also an accomplished horologist) in the Netherlands. I could ask him could he source a bezel insert? The above parts were very reasonable: €47.50 for genuine Davosa parts incl. VAT

    Cheers for that Unkel. I've been trying all manner of searches on the google machine, and putting all my Horological knowledge to the test, but been coming up blank.

    No surprise there :)

    Peasant has the same watch and he needed the same repair and neither he nor his friendly local watchmaker could source the parts. And I tried & failed too. And Davosa themselves didn't want to know :rolleyes:

    Sometimes it seems the only channel is the one of the authorised agent...

    also selling my Seiko Alpinist Sarb017 . its in new condition never worn aside from trying it on and realising it was too small for me . includes a Coloreb Venezia in distressed green leather .
    comes with original box and tags and all paperwork

    Would anyone be interested in a curve-ended Hirsch strap? Fit 22mm lug, black buckle on it. Doesn't really fit the lug of the watch I bought it for. Cost me 43.78 all in, literally delivered to my desk this morning, so if anyone wants to take it off my hands and save me having to send it back to Watch Obsession, here's your chance! :pac: I'm in Dublin/North Kildare area.

    P.S. what are WO like about returns?

    AHEM, scratch that, got it fitted in the end - amazing how actually reading the instructions can help, isn't it? :o

    Just arrived, but I am not bonding with it. I think I prefer smaller watches these days.

    Precista PRS-20 Italian in good condition. Hand winding movement, comes with hard travel case and 2 other leather straps. About 44mm across.

    Paid just under 320 for it, so let's call it 315 OVNO.
