Having trouble changing password on PSN account

    Hope someone can help me on this

    I forgot my password on my PSN a/c, and cant log in on the Vita

    I followed the link to change password, enter DOB, entered in a new code but a msg pops up saying "an error occurred while performing this operation"

    Has anyone ever experienced this? I sent Sony an email but god knows how long it will take for them to get back to me.

    Any advice is appreciated

    how long has it been that way & is this a recurring issue?
