employee time tracking clock in and out

Can anybody recommend an online tool that allows employees to sign in and clock in when they start work, change status to lunch break etc and at the end of the day clock out?

Anybody have any experience with this?

Thats more a physical clock. I was looking more for something online where employees can login and track time etc. Thanks anyway!

I do have experience with the cloud based hours tracking tool from Replicon that helps manage the hours spent on a particular project and manage the things to extreme success.
