Hi, Can anyone recommend where or who to look for if they looking for adult swimming lessons in Kilkenny. Mainly need to get over fear of water, build confidence and master breathing techniques. Many thanks!

Ring the watershed, they regularly start classes with qualified swim coaches. Or if you're looking for 1-to-1 coaching, I'm sure they can pass on someone's number.
