Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It might be the biggest match of his life, the eyes and expectations of the world rests on his young shoulders, this man is no show pony, he's not the YouTube player some would have you believe, he is very much the real deal and he may have just rescued a game that was starting to slip from the grip of Brazil.

That Leaving Cert English is paying dividends.

Ah I wouldn't say it was slipping from their grip, Brazil always looked like they were going to get a goal, was just a question of when. Neymar does have a lot of expectations on him but he seems like the sort of player who thrives off it.

Have Fred or Hulk touched the ball prior to that move?

  • A great opening half an hour, equalizer was a bit poxy though.

    T Silva to score anytime 9/1 :P

Because he mis-hit the ball and scored?

Jaysus I forgot Fred was playing. Would they not be better off sticking Hulk up front and putting Willian on?

Scolari wouldn't be out of place on the sidelines of a hurling match.

    1-1 32mins all Brazil now

Wouldn't say it's all Brazil. Edging it slightly but Croatia still look a threat.

Yes but, now watch him thunder one into the roof of the net in a minute. That's what he's like.

Nedved hasn't been in this game at all yet, hopefully has a better second half.

Unfortunately being a self confessed fan of Luiz and Neymar, I don't quite fit the narrative they and other UK stations are building.

It's just a shame that Chelsea didn't end up signing him when it looked like at one stage they would for a ridiculous fee.

His agent is a snake.. you think your signing Lou Ferrigno but the agent pulls a fast one and you end up with some Brazilian chap.
