Enter your location on www.heavens-above.com & it'll give you the list of visible satellites for you to check.

Saw it also on EastCoast around 1105pm, [not the ISS] according to this site

    http://iss.astroviewer.net/observation.php?lon=-6.260309699999993&lat=53.3498053&name=Dublin

    - which said ISS was 700miles away + going another direction, this was heading NE from SW.

'Twas moving fairly slowly but high altitude, x50 scope showed what appeared to be twin white burners at the back, no flashing and brighter than any star.

Best guess is that you saw the Cosmos 1633 rocket on the East Coast.

ah could be reminded me of the time of one of the last launches of shuttle from Florida, saw it in ireland just 7mins or so after takoff, pedal to the metal and it dropped it main rockets.

One spooky observation was back in '88/89 when saw silent pair black triangles static lights on each corner, fast and low heading NE, and not a sound from them...
Was also around the time a lot of farmers complaining they had their cows "interfered with". Semi-skimmed milk hasn't been the same since.
