business landlord legal

hiya just wondering does anyone know where I might stand. ive a business for 10 yrs in a centre and just heard that landlord is leasing shop beside me ive a barber shop and its going to be hairdressers. I feel this will damage my business as they can do gents cut and children. Do I have any legal ground to stand on. Thanks
