    Is it between 12k-15k ?

That's a 'How long is a piece of string' question. The answer is that it depends!

It depends on who you fly with and how much they charge, depends on , depends on the weather and how your ability and it depends how often you need to revise because you couldn't fly due to weather, family etc etc.

60 hours flying is the generally the agreed average for someone doing it part time, spread out over a couple of years. So multiply that by the hourly rate and add a couple of thousand for other costs and there's an approximate answer.

12 to 15k would be fair enough although 15 might be a bit high.
