    I'm not doing it (sniff :( ), but they generally post info on their facebook page rather than the website.

    I'll be doing this.
    Aid stations and drop bags looking well.
    Every 10 & 20k respectively.
    Will be able to run light.
    Want to give my first 100k a good shot so
    am very keen the hear the talks by Keith whyte
    and TFBubendorfer the night before.

    Great going :)
    Finished my first 100k in 14:40ish. Fantastic course although i found the hills in the last 20k tough. Great support on the route though and the crowds at the finish made it all the sweeter :) congrats to the organizers and see ye all again next year :)
