Brisbane - internet provider and problem

    Just looking for a bit of advice from anyone living in Brisbane as to where to go with a complaint about an internet provider dodo. My son is having difficulties and has been sent an invoice claiming he owes them moneya nd they will refer to a debt collecter. He did not cancel his service but is looking to have it transferred to his new address which they had told him was possible. I have sent him link for the telecommunications ombudsman but is there a citizens advice or consumer affairs office that he could go into with the letter to get some advice?

    Any help appreciated!
