Non Drinkers Stag

Hi Guys, a non drinking friend of mine is getting married in a few months and I was wondering what you would suggest as an idea for his stag? He is always up for the activity part of the stag ie paintball/bubble soccer/ go karting, but doesn't seem too bothered by the going away, pub crawl, expense et al that goes along with a stag.

So I was thinking of organising an couple of things like the bubble soccer, bungee run, sumo suits etc in our local gaa pitch, then heading to our local pub for a bbq and themed party (he has a few interests that it could be based around so the focus wouldnt be just on drinking)

What do you think? He said that he wasn't going to have a stag but knowing him, I think he just doesnt want to put people through the expense of the typical stag.
