    Bray/Greystones recently

not sure what model the TVR is.
The 190 is an "Exclusiv" which was the Irish market version of the "LE" run out model. Only 1000 or so were made AFAIK.
Managed to snap about 7/8s of the W123, nice sable colour, don't see too many in this shade, though I'm not a fan of the chrome arches.

Looks like a TVR S, probably an S2.

EDIT: Just read this on the Wiki page, must be one of the smallest V8's ever made for a production car. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TVR_S_Series
    2-litre V8S[edit]
The TVR 2-litre V8S was a 2 litre supercharged version of the V8S - this was created for the Italian market in response to their import taxation based on engine capacity. The engine was a modified 3.5 litre Rover V8 fitted with a smaller-throw crank to reduce the engine capacity, retaining the 88.9 mm bore but with a short stroke of 40.25 mm. This meant a displacement of 1,998 cc (2.0 L), with a compression rate of 8.0:1. Lucas electronic fuel injection was fitted, along with an intercooled Eaton supercharger. All of this produced 233 PS (171 kW; 230 bhp) at 6,200 rpm and 266 N·m (196 lb·ft) at 3,700 rpm. Performance was on par with the bigger V8s, with a top speed of 232 km/h (144 mph) and 0–100 km/h coming up in 6.5 seconds. Ventilated disc brakes were fitted up front, and the 2-litre V8 also got adjustable ride height hydraulic shocks.[1] There is at this time only one known to exist.

Can't see what the red car is. Maybe a Cherry ?
    Green 120Y van
    Brown Audi 100
    Black van ?? Looks like a Golf I ?
White car..is it the arse of a Daihatsu ?
    Black Cortina
Blue Cortina with a vinyl roof
    Green Fiesta

Certainly is a mk2 golf. So the red car may be a cherry/sunny from 81/82 onwards, similar to the alfa arna I'm thinking. Or actually is it a new 83 micra.
The white car may be a R14 possibly

    Mazda 323 maybe...

Coincidentally I was reading about this yesterday on this link:

They are Volvo S60 or S80 seats

Looks like a red Micra and a white late70's/80 Mazda 323

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,033 ✭✭✭Silvera

Red car (nose) is a Micra
White car is probably a Mazda 323 ...or perhaps a Renault 14?

When I saw the green car on the right, my first thought was 'Opel Kadett'....
but judging by the size of the rear window I do think it is a Fiesta

God that 120Y van looks rough ...just how I remember them!:D

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,917 ✭✭✭red sean

That was a Nissan Sunny van, the 120Y was earlier I'm pretty sure.
