Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

#MEX LINE-UP: Ochoa, Rodriguez, Marquez (c), Herrera, Layun, Dos Santos, Moreno, Guardado, Peralta, Aguilar, Vazquez #BRAMEX #WorldCup

BRA LINE-UP: Julio Cesar, Dani Alves, Thiago Silva (c), David Luiz, Marcelo, Paulinho, Fred, Neymar, Oscar, Ramires, Luiz Gustavo #BRAMEX

Expecting a good game, the Mexican team impressed in their opener despite being on the wrong end of some dodgy refereeing. Brazil needed some help from the referee themselves as they overcame Croatia.

Think this will be straightforward win for Brazil. Comfortable 3-0.

    Neymar MOTM inevitable.

    Battles of the Americas.

    North v South

Lump it on Mexico. The turtle says they'll win. He has a 100% record.

Brazil should put them away easily.

Brazil always seem to struggle against the Mexicans and Scolari is probably going to stick with the same team until they either lose or get knocked out, very inflexible manager.

This wont be as easy as some think, Mehico know Brazils game very well and dont have a bad record against them...

on the fence : 2-2 draw

Most dislikeable Brazilian team I've ever seen. Such a safe team lineup and there are a lot of annoying characters in the team. Really hope they don't win the tournament.

I'm waiting for the day Kenny just comes out and calls Dunphy a clueless spoofer.

    North vs Central.

Mexico needs to get it's ass down below the equator if they want to be in South America.

Fancy Mexico to sneak a 1-0 here, don't know why.

    Handy enough Brazil win 2-0

    Mexico are North.

    Brazil are South.

    That is all.

If you're going to drop Hulk you go like for like - Bernard is the best option there but Lucas Moura should be in the team no question. Even Willian would have been better. Instead they've decided to flood the midfield with another workhorse in Ramires.

It's also criminal to leave Filipe Luis and Miranda out of the squad, 2 of the best defenders in Europe this season. Makes it even worse when you see David Luiz and Marcelo starting.

Cesar - Alves, Thiago, Miranda, Filipe - Gustavo, Fernandinho/Paulinho, Neymar, Oscar, Lucas - Fred (They should have Diego Costa in there though)

Hulk deservedly dropped with Ramires replacing him. Looking forward to seeing Ramires in a wide attacking role.

I agree with most of that, was just curious.

Scolari's mindset will never change unfortunately. He has his favourites and it's hard to get past them for any player outside of the bubble.
