Normally these sorts of stores are pre-fabricated off site and slotted together like a jigsaw on site. Its amazing how fast they can go up compared to more traditional methods.

The supermarket building is finished, they are working on the inside of it now.

Loads. All the roads leading to it, and in the vicinity. Especially at peak. :D

Lol. Funny cause it's true. Going to be a nightmare to get through.

Maybe not. I don't go through there at peak anyway I avoid the village. So it makes no difference to me.

I doubt people will start parking on the roads outside, there is pretty much no where to park leading up to those junctions

I meant it will be a traffic gridlock. Parked in traffic. ;)

When is it opening and is there a clear list of shops etc going into the development available anywhere?

Clamping is extreme now. Myo's is a joke, go into the pub to get a ticket to sow you are a customer.

There will be plenty of parking in Lidl although because the time of year it is opening it will probably be manic.

I think Myos is pay and display now.

So is there actually parking spaces on site ? does anyone know ?

Without sounding smart do you think they would have gotten planning permission for a supermarket without car parking?

Loads of bike parking being provided. About the only means of access if you want to stay sane.

Has anyone tried walking to this place? Not everyone's gonna be coming from miles away (plus the Blanch shopping centre is gonna be handier for motorists except the week before Christmas maybe)

The planning application shows around 100 parking spaces on the site plus bike racks
