Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can post a thread on a forum from a phone, but not find a phone number? Your house needs a better hero.

Most electrical sockets can carry data now, so plug your telephone receiver into the power socket and ask for customer support.

Do I put my finger in the plug to check it works first?

Dip your finger in water first before placing it in socket.

You can use a fork as a make shift tuning fork, if you stick it in the socket it will start vibrating a dial tone sound.

Growing cannabis with that amount of electricity!
Did he leave any plants in the place after he's gone?

Maybe you could sell them and give the funds to Electric Ireland?

The bill has never been paid

Companies can't bill someone for a bill in someone else's name - that's presumably serious malpractice against consumers.
You'd only be billed from the point of registering an account and for usage from the meter-reading you take to open that account.
A fee to connect supply would need to be paid all right - don't think there is anyone specifically liable for this (am open to correction though) but it just needs to be paid.
