I'm wrecked. Ridiculously busy again today, no lunch break again but I did manage to grab a sandwich. I'm on call now so there's a chance I could have to go back to work tonight.

Fck, busy times are annoying , been there done that lark for years.

Need to have some down time or you will burn yourself out.
