    Ha i know the feeling! I lost my contacts last month and i only have about ten which is really all i need! Soo many people who i never deleted "just in case" are now gone. I think im better off!

    God damn it i just got nominated for that thing..thought i was getting away with not getting one! I dont even have a bucket..must come up with a smart way of doing it!

    I had a really good idea for one, impossible nearly though, fill two ten litres of water, freeze them, and put them on a bar and try do ten reps with that, now that is an ice bucket challenge
