    Playing soccer at weekend & got a shoulder into the ribs.

    :(

    Sore when I laugh or take a deep breath.

    Popped a few Nureofen, but seemed to be doing the opposite of pain killing.

    I put my back out earlier. I have to go to the doctor in the morning if it doesn't straighten itself out :/ But the pain in the mean time is crippling :(
