My Gf has found herself in this postion lately, a week in hand was workd but her final pay slip only had the last week she worked, plus holidays owed (also short changed) no week in hand, they tried fob her off shes not owed it?

She went to work on a Thursday and was sent home with no notice or pay in lieu, no warnings or miss conduct, she had worked over 13wks so is due weeks notice or payment in lieu. seems they are just trying to keep her money.

what is the next step? Nera? What happens if nera find in her favour? Will she be compensated pluse week in hand/notice not given? She has all the paperwork to prove her case!

Any contact with company is been ignored the only time she spoke to her boss he told her to f★★k off, also left abusive vioce mail on her phone, both have been recorded as well emails, txts, phone calls,
