Horizon didn't record

So my Horizon box didn't bother its hole recording football and other things I set it to record. Instead it shows each of the programmes on the 'My recordings' page with their titles as normal but with 'Season -1 Episode number -1', and when you click on it it says 'You haven't recorded any programmes yet'.
