BBQ belly pork

    Im looking to get a few bellys to cook for a bbq, plan is to slow cook it to get it nice and tender, then finish it on the bbq to crisp it up.
    I was gonna do a small bit of stock and a bottle of bbq sauce and cook it on low for about 6/7 hours, slice it up and pop it on the bbq to crisp it up.
    Would this turn out ok or does anyone have any ideas on how to do it better?
