Fees and maintenance?

Hello I am in the process of applying for tuition and fees loan for a course in the UK. I thought I was eligible for maintenance but am not. The college informed me that I can apply for an EU funding grant but am unsure where to apply for this? Anyone with information that could help me would be great. Thanks!

The maintenance grant you can apply for if studying here also applies to if you study in the UK.
