Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

is putting the effort in at the gym while bulking more important than when you are cutting ? ( at which point what you do in the kitchen is more important )

i.e. if you don't work hard in the gym while bulking you'll just get fat ? or is the diet /workout mix as important in both phases ?

Kitchen is always important. You must ensure you get quality nutrients into your body. When bulking do this but with a calorie surplus.

Training should always be tailored to the specific goal.

Your body will only build muscle if the stress is put on it. If there's no stimuli to grow then it will just put any surplus you have as fat.

It's still very important that you get a varied diet but bulking you get a bit more leeway than cutting.
