Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Been told Arsenal will pay less than 30m for Alexis. Lallana was 25. Fair valuation u think considering age, goal record, experience?

I'd say the two Brazilian boyos in Merseyside are probably sitting together right now thinking "thank **** we're not involved in this!"

Delighted to see this Brazil team get stuffed. I am not saying Coutinho or Lucas were the answer here, but they're a damn sight better than some of the shambles I've seen given a chance in this World Cup. Scolari should be ashamed.

    That's hilarious.

You probably were one of the ones who were appalled we were buying a Chelsea reject when we bought Sturridge.

£50m for Neuer from the Suarez money we could do with a fly keeper :p

Who needs defence when Neuer is basically a backline all himself...

Did BBC say that we were in for Muller!?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,901 ✭✭✭Raif Severance

Why isn't Damiao playing for Brazil? Is he Injured or was he not Picked for their WC Squad?

Fred and Jo are simply Muck, to lead the line for Brazil. Surely, Scolari knows that.

Muller, Reus, Pogba, Fred, Yaya Toure, Fellaini and Luca Toni. May as well hand us the Community Shield now.

this will go down like a tone of bricks but i actually would tip Utd for the league next season.
i honestly believe we will be battling Arsenal for 4th spot.

As things stand not a hope rafael smalling jones with carrick in front of them and no real pace in attack. Obviously that could change over the next few weeks.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I'm glad Coutinho wasn't part of that train wreck.

He could probably do a job at fullback but would his wages be lower than Johnson?

Each to their own, god love him he was a tryer, but clearly lacking in ability - never the kind of player BR would sign

If he was better than Johnson, which, let's face it,wouldn't be hard then who cares if his wages are lower?

According to Graham Hunter Di Maria is available for €50 million or so, which will allow RM to push for James Rodriguez.

Why not push for Di Maria?

wow, wow... really dont think Di Maria is worth fiddy, I wouldn't pay over 30 for him tbh...

Lets not kid ourselves, they are a massive club. Plus they have the financial means to compete with most others.

and a manager who's WC team could be going to the final :(

Cant imagine his wages would be in the right bracket for a fullback position at LFC after being in Turkey for the last couple of seasons. Anyways I wasn't really being serious as I think that boat has sailed.

He has really become Mr utility in the Dutch squad, in the last dutch game he played LWB, RWB and RM which shows his class in being able to adapt to different positions, considering we bought him as a striker.

Great Guy but wouldn't want him back.

    Been sacked twice since.
