Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A little bit of background about myself.

    Age: 26
    Weight: 76kg
    Height 180cm

Typical excercise per week currently: One run per week and one 20-30 circuits style work out, not working at the moment but normally walk to and from. My last run (yesterday) was 16km. My diet is an area that needs improvement - there are quiet a few cheat days!

A couple of years back I had been getting a little on the overweight side so when I noticed this I started to work at it and I am mostly happy with my weight and level of fitness right now.

What I really want to do now, is the final steps to really tone up my body and become more lean. I think my body fat % is still on the higher side. Despite being relatively fit there are some chubby bits in places and in particular I would like to improve my posture, I feel like all the circuit excercise I currently do focus on legs and front but not the back. Realistically the circuits just adds to my fitness but I'm wondering could i be using my time more effectively to get in shape.

Is this the point I need to start using weights in the gym? Is there any 5/6 week plans that I can do at home. I dont want to go on any extreme diets but I would like to start eating clean - I'm just not sure where to begin. Basically I feel like I need help to get the end result.

    Any ideas?
