Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There was a bit of weirdness just after I installed the update but everything seems fine now. I think anyway. The ongoing notification about Android Wear is gone but I think that is just a change.

Yeah I seen that was gone (thankfully!), but it's actually dropping connection with the little cloud on the watch and in the wear app it's just stuck on "connecting".

Yep, I've turned off Cloud Sync and will give it a day to see if it happens again.

I doubt there's many people paying an extra €150 purely for wifi support and the ability to draw emojis.

Google I/O coming up in a week and a bit, Rumours of 360 '2' announcement at it. Which fits in with all the price drops on the 360 we have seen in the last few weeks.

Just installed 5.1.1 on my G watch and there's a major improvement in performance over 5.0.2. I couldn't use custom watchfaces due to how laggy they were before but absolutely no problems now. The interface is much nicer and overall looks like it's finally coming together.

Another small change but important for me is the weather and music icons have transparent backgrounds in ambient mode. Example. It just looks much nicer on colourful backgrounds.

I don't like the way you have to sype across tice now to get the voice. I wish you could rearrange them. I'd prefer if it was voice, apps, then people...

You get the notification but can't upgrade unless you have at least 80%.

    Still waiting here!

I have the Sony Smartwatch 3(went for the cheap option!) ,and it got 5.1.1 a few weeks ago, have to say it made the watch a lot better. And I already did like it. I think it's really cool. And when I don't have it with me I miss it straight away.

Hopefully more apps and updates to come.

    Moto 360 owners, enjoy!

I have had 5.1.1 on SW3 a few weeks now, I used to get just shy of 3 days out of the battery, now I don't even get 20hrs. I don't know what is pulling the battery down. The battery management says Android system 13% and Android system 12% as the 2 biggest hitters. Watch idle at 6% is next. I don't know if this is 5.1.1 related but it a bit of a coincidence. (Everything bar bluetooth is turned off). Be careful what you wish for!

Google have confirmed there is a battery drain issue. They are working to patch it
