Getting a visa debit card

    hey i opend a bank account with boi on monday. 
    im only after realising that i be only getting an atm card, i do need a visa debit card though to buy goods in shops etc. 
    my friend told me that she had the atm card and wanted to upgrade but boi never let her.


    how can apply to get a visa debit card instead having the atm card?

    Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

    You can apply for your first Visa Debit Card by contacting your account holding branch by phone. A colleague can arrange for the card to be posted to you. Just to mention, it can take 5-6 working days to reach the address on your account. 

    If your friend wishes to so the same, a colleague will be more than happy to look into this for them also.
