    Hi :)

    Short term letting of beautiful modern apartment in dublin 8, available at the end of next month until October. 1 bed with spacious living and kitchen, wood floors, dishwasher, large bathroom with marble work and balcony with lovely views. Several cable (sky?) tv channels already installed for free. Non smoking indoors but you could smoke on the balcony. Might suit someone working in or near city centre, or couple.

    Open to offers as wouldn't be asking people to cough up full rent for such a short period. If you're between apartments and need somewhere to live that's modern, convenient and reasonably priced, throw me a pm :)

    It also has secure underground parking included.

    Forgot to mention: rent is 600 monthly.
    A bargain in these ridiculous times. If you're broke but trustworthy we can negotiate.
