SEPA Direct Debit INFO

    Hi,

    I would like to cancel a SEPA direct debit and in your FAQ you state that the DD info is available on the statement page. When I go there, each SEPA DD has a white triangle in a blue background beside it but other than that there is no further information. Clicking on the triangle has no effect.

    Where do I find the information I require to cancel the direct debit?

    OK, it seems this may have been related to the general issues with Banking 365 this morning. I can now expand the triangle and see details.
