Jesus, Hamilton is such a lazy commentator. He names the guy booked as reserve goalkeeper Estaban Granados, even though Granados is a defensive midfielder. Patrick Pemberton was the one on screen at the time. If Hamilton had bothered watching the recent friendly we played against them he would have seen Pemberton saving a penalty against Robbie Keane.

Greece would usually be considered the more defensive team but Costa Rica haven't conceded a goal from open play in this tournament. Or any goal at all for over 5 hours now since Cavani's penalty. Mexico conceding today means Costa Rica now have the best defensive record in the tournament which is amazing really especially considering they had a difficult group and generally have an attacking style of play.
