Fixicab have a whole list of set prices, I can't find rush to airport, but ring them and they will tell you. 01 8303030.

Ensure that they run the meter ( legal requirement, unless a waiver is signed ) and they charge you the lessor of the two ( agreed €20 or meter price )

20 quid agreed, thought that was a fair price

Oh, and always, always get a receipt.
If you leave something behind in the taxi, at least you have his ID number, time of pick up. time of drop off, distance travelled etc.

That said, the next person into the taxi may find and stroke the item, so it's not always the taxi driver's fault if it vanishes.

Only a fair price if it's less than the meter, that's why the regulations say taxis must use the meter UNLESS a waiver is signed by the driver and passenger

€20 from Lusk to the airport is a pretty good deal. I'd expect at least €23 on the meter.
