    Hi all,
    Im just looking for a rough estimate on how much a 3 bedroom terraced house would be to reroof including felt and tiles. Would be good to hear back from someone who has already had the done or knows someone who had their roof done in a similar situation.
    Its in the kerry area

    Hi

    We do a lot of these, if it's just take off existing tiles and re felt and batten and put back existing tiles about 3k, if your getting new tiles add 1-1.5k, if it's new roof completely about 8k but that could be more depending on what way it's structured you could need to replace ceilings in bedroom etc but I imagine from your post its one of the first 2
