    Hello,

    I am looking for budget B&B for 2 near Athlone town center.
    My budget is maximum EUR 50 a day.
    I will be grateful if anyone can suggest me a good B&B.

    Already did... found a few for Eur 55. Unfortunately those are far from town center. and daily transportation will cost me extra bucks. Need to find nearby town center.

    Try booking.com, there seem to be a few places for €40-50 in the centre

    Hi, would you consider advertising in local shops etc as I'm sure someone in Athlone would put you up in a spare room with a decent breakfast for that money.
