Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where will you be spending Christmas?

    In the shops and pubs.

Is it not a bit early to be asking that?

    No,

Have you not started your Xmas shopping or are you still saving for my present?

Christmas shouldn't even be mentioned until after Halloween!

What was the worst Halloween experience you ever had?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

Two years ago I got absolutely hammered at a Halloween party. Puking, room spinning, the works. Spent the entire next day with the fear and had to go out the following night. Horrible.

    Do you get bad hangovers?

    Do you get bad hangovers?

Generally yes, I've puked at 6 or 7 the following evening.

    Am I a lightweight?

That depends! How hard do you party?

Not that hard I'd say all things considered.

    Any hangover cures?

I'll take your word for it. Hopefully I never need to use your advice (not a big drinker)

On that note...... favourite alcoholic drink?

Occasionally. Once I laughed really hard in my sleep and woke myself up. A great, strange start to the day.

What's your strangest wake up story?

    Probably.
    Opinions on 90s music?

  • Registered Users Posts: 523 ✭✭✭Zemuppet

The 90s was a great decade for music. Grunge, Brit pop, rap and hip were some of many good genres people could choose from?

Have you ever been seriously injured?

Do you get five a day?

If you count 5 a day as just fruit, and fermented, then yes I do.

Funny you should ask. Last night I dreamt I was at a Morrissey concert and shook hands with him after.

Do think that some of the studies that say eat this/don't eat that are a load of old fanny sometimes?

Emm, I once had a fight with my boss where I called her illiterate, told her I'd be embarrassed handing a reference in somewhere else from her, and walked out, leaving her with a column packed for the whole day and no cover.

Ever feel very liberated walking out of a job

Ever jumped out of the chip pan and into the fire?

Mm no, maybe in relationships, but not in any serious life situations

Do you have anything from an ex that you kept

Is it the little things that count?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Only when the big things are right. If they're wrong the little things don't count for shít.

    Are you sentimental?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

I can be. I would look over old soppy texts and stuff but when my marriage ended I removed every photo of the wedding / relationship from the house and found it hugely cleansing.

Do you ever drink red bull?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Used to with vodka, but very rarely now.

    What's your favourite cocktail?

    Do you chew gum?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

Very rarely. I prefer mint sweets.

Milk hot or cold on cereal?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

No milk. Milk phobia. I would put water on cereal instead of milk.

Do people ever think you're weird

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

I think everybody is a little weird. I'm a girly girl but I have a kind of tom-boyish hobby, I love Star Trek as much as I love chick flicks and I know what the offside rule is.

    Am I weird?
