Don't think so . If there is a change in pressure sometimes i would feel headachey and heavy headed .

I remember sleeping around 14 hours as a teenager a few times.
Now I sleep maybe 4 hours a night if I'm lucky. I'm always tired. I take double my prescription of sleeping tablets now before I feel them kick in.
