Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Motor Oil and Sugar.

    Motor Oil and Sugar.

When was the last time you saw one of these?

aged 9 or 10, on the cover of a little Enid Blyton book.

looking back now, what is your most embarrassing childhood memory?

    There's something out there.

Do you believe in the Supernatural?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Absolutely not. I've never seen any supernatural event that bore even the slightest scrutiny. Not understanding something doesn't mean it's magic. I don't understand how my wifi works, but I'm fairly sure it has nothing to do with ghosts or fairies!

Has anyone got any evidence, any at all, for anything supernatural?

    I don't have any evidence thankfully :pac::pac::pac:

    Are you technically adept?

I'm so so. I know what I need to and how to find out what I don't should the need arise! I'm curious by nature, I think that fact alone gets you 3/4 of the way there!

Are you a curious type of person?

I am curious but I can also be lazy about learning I think.

Do you like having lazy days?

Oh god yes. I'd happily do absolutely nothing for days on end, probably weeks and months if financial reality didn't force me out to earn money.

If you won the lotto, would you continue to work?

I would work at something I loved, maybe my own business, part-time and after a very long holiday!

Do you think girls are bitchy?

Yes. Very much so and without exception in my personal experience. They say you shouldn't generalise, but then they say a lot of things!

    Are you politically correct?

Oh there are many many to choose from! The worst I suppose was when a cup of tea fell on me when I was 3 and I was scalded pretty badly. I still have a fairly yocky scar.

The volcano will erupt but it will be an anti climax as it will not be disruptive.

Enough, but not too much, it's overwhelming.

Does presentation count for a lot?

Only if yer on MasterChef. Otherwise, no. Better to worry about what's on the plate than what's not on it.

Do you buy much cooking utensils?
