Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not saving.

    Are you happy

Currently now, no, as I'm sitting in work.
Overall, yes. I got no major gripes bar the housing market.

Do you expect the property bubble to burst again in about 4 or 5 years?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,194 ✭✭✭man98

    No, nay, never.
The whole country needs to be out of recession first.

  • Registered Users Posts: 60 ✭✭PissFlapsDory

I don't expect property bubble to burst in 4 or 5 yrs, but I do expect the bond market bubble to burst in the same time frame. In addition, China shadow banking will cause another world financial crisis.

How much are you in debt, including mortgage?
More than 100,000EUR, more than 200,000EUR, more than 300,000EUR,

    Do you want a mortgage

Yes. Currently I am in a position where I can save to get a deposit but don't make enough that the banks will give me a mortgage to buy.

Will you give me money to buy somewhere?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

Soz, you couldn't afford my interest rates!!!

Would you like to buy a house or build a house

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,194 ✭✭✭man98

Both. Just the second one later in life.
Would you go all eccentric building your own?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

No, I have a site already to build on. We have an idea of what kind of house we want but I'm not ready for that kind of commitment yet.

    Are you at work yet

I woke up on the morning of my boyfriends birthday this year and the sense of peace and contentment between us was just amazing. We had a lovely lie in, he opened his presents and we just had such a beautiful day. My cup spilleth over.

Have you ever cried with happiness?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

No I haven't. Bosnia wouldn't be high up on my 'places I'd like to visit' list

Would you recommend it and why?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 664 ✭✭✭Yer Aul One

Sarajevo is whopperly intense. Mostar is magnificently beautiful and a welcome day break from the city. The bridge is obviously the most iconic part!

What do you love that you wished you hated?

I live in Naas and as a location with excellent facilities, then yes I like it. I just wish there was some decent shops in the town. I always have to go to Newbridge, Liffey Valley or Dundrum.

Do you think the cost of Dental Care in Ireland is reasonable?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,781 ✭✭✭clappyhappy

No, it's crazy. Some thug pushed my first cousin from behind onto the road last week. He has broken most of his teeth, lost a few and a few have moved. Going to cost over €6,500 to repair.

Do you think capital punishment should be brought back in certain cases?

Letting a student dentist work on me:D
Probably, that I didn't travel very much when I was younger. I would have liked to do the backpacking thing for a year or two, just didn't work out that way.

Would you have cosmetic surgery (as in optional cosmetic surgery, not after a crash or the likes)

Ah yeah, not botoxed like Bruce Jenner levels but I'd have a couple of things nipped and tucked.

If you could have 1 freebie cosmetic procedure what would you choose?
