    Ok, Ben n Jerry finished, time to get my bottom in gear. Going to surfing camp at the end of August and hmmm... need some prep in the bikini body department to be honest. The plan is: back to boot camp, running in the mornings with occasional swim (1k sessions).
    Diet: no sweets, no fast foods or other junk, very little carbs in the evenings, food made from scratch. Lots of water.
    I will measure myself tomorrow, never mind the weight.

    We'll see;)

    First time in donkey's went running in the morning. It wasn't the 5k I aim for but so proud of myself...
