Denon AVR 1910 issue

I've been meaning to enquire about this for months, my 5 year warranty is almost up!
I have an issue with my 1910, when I change to a source usually with a 1080p input, the screen starts flickering, as if the signal isn't being consistantly sent to the TV. Turning off the upscaler has helped a lot, but not cured it. The main source of issue is the Xbox 360, but other sources cause it too.
So if I'm watching Sky for example and turn on the Xbox and change to that input, the screen flickers a lot. Turning off the Denon and back on again usually cures it, sometimes I need to do that twice. But it always happens when changing sources. Swapping HDMI cables between devices/Denon/TV doesn't make any difference, and hooking the devices up directly to the TV eliminates the issue, and swapping the input sources between devices also doesn't work.
Have you guys seen this before? Is it something that you could fix with my warranty?
    Thanks!

Hi Tea, thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that you may have a sick AVR1910.

It sounds like an HDMI handshaking issue.

Have you changed the cable running between the TV and the receiver, just to remove this as a possible issue ?

If it is the receiver that is faulty, then we can certainly get it resolved for you under warranty if it's still within the 5 year.

Let me know on the cable and if you can PM me your address, I'll double check the warranty for you.

    Many thanks

    Dave
